Who we are and what this policy covers
Nexi Stack Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17026240), provides this website, consulting services and NexiStack First Line AI. Registered office: 1 Mabel Street, Manchester, England, M40 1GB.
This policy covers website enquiries, support correspondence and the app’s implemented ticket-context action. Your organisation manages its Atlassian environment and permissions. Atlassian’s own policies also apply to its platform and Rovo services.
Website and contact information
When you submit our contact form, we receive your name, email address, selected service and message. The form is processed through Formspree. Email and phone enquiries may include contact details and information you choose to provide.
We use this information to respond to enquiries, provide requested services, handle support and maintain relevant business records. Our website also loads DM Sans from Google Fonts; requests to that service disclose technical connection information such as your IP address. Our website host and service providers may process technical access information to deliver and protect the service.
The website code does not install analytics or advertising scripts. Browser storage and technical records used by external services are subject to those services’ policies.
Information used by First Line AI
When you request a ticket review, the app receives the ticket key and uses authenticated Atlassian execution context to check that a user identity is present. It requests Jira summary, description, status and priority, and up to 20 latest comments visible to that user. Comment results include author display names and creation/update dates.
The action returns this information to Rovo for the requested response. Ticket and comment content can contain personal or confidential information entered by your organisation. Only request information you are authorised to use. The action does not retrieve attachment contents.
Processing, storage and service providers
The ticket action runs on Atlassian Forge and calls Jira using the authenticated user’s permissions. The current manifest declares no external network destinations or remote backend. The implemented action does not write ticket content to an app-managed database.
Rovo processes conversation content under Atlassian’s applicable service terms and data controls. This policy does not imply that Forge hosting excludes Atlassian’s own AI service providers or international processing. Consult Atlassian’s published privacy and subprocessors information for platform handling.
The action emits operational logs containing request stages, status codes and boolean flags for the presence of a ticket key and authenticated context. Its explicit log statements do not include ticket bodies, comment bodies or the account ID. Platform-generated diagnostic records may also be produced.
Website enquiries use Formspree and email services separately from the app. Support material you send to Nexi Stack is handled as support correspondence.
Purposes and legal bases
We process business enquiries and support records to respond to requests, deliver services, maintain service security and meet applicable legal obligations. Depending on the interaction, the basis is steps towards or performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and supporting our services, or a legal obligation.
For customer-controlled Jira data, the processing purpose is to provide the requested ticket context and assistance. Your organisation determines its own purposes and lawful basis for using Atlassian and the app. Contact us for any required contractual data-processing arrangements.
Retention and deletion
The ticket action does not create its own persistent copy of ticket or comment bodies. Jira source records, Rovo conversations and Forge platform records are subject to your organisation’s and Atlassian’s applicable retention controls; no separate fixed retention period is promised by this website.
We retain enquiry and support correspondence for the purpose of handling the request and relevant contractual, security or legal recordkeeping. Retention depends on the record and applicable obligations. Contact us to request deletion or details for a particular record. App removal does not automatically remove correspondence or all platform records.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law and your circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. For Jira source data and your organisation’s Rovo environment, contact your organisation’s administrator or privacy contact first. For information held by Nexi Stack, email edson@nexistack.com. We may need to verify identity and authority before responding.
You may raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or your applicable supervisory authority.
